1. Wholesale Policy

Veena Rugs operates exclusively as a wholesale business. All sales are made to approved trade customers, and returns are subject to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must remain unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the issue are required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or special-made products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, storage, or installation by the buyer.


4. Return Authorization

  • All returns require prior approval from Veena Rugs.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

  • Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.


5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned merchandise.

  • Approved refunds may be issued as a credit to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the agreement.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges
